Our cables & adapters
The physical interface between the Avee microphone and the aircraft consists of two parts: the Avee400 Interface Cable and the Avee41X Aircraft Adapter.
The Avee400 Interface Cable is the cable between the headset and the Avee Aircaft Adapter (which is plugged into the aircraft ).
This cable is comfortable to wear: light (only 15 grams max), flexible and thin: only 2.5mm in diameter as opposed to our legacy cable which was around 4mm in diameter and way more stiff.
The Avee400 cable is made of a rugged and high-quality Kevlar-strengthened material with built-in strength relief on both ends.
The Avee400 cable has USB C connectors on both ends: an angled connector for the end plugged into the Avee microphone, and a straight connector for the end plugged into the Avee 41x adapter.
The Avee400 cable comes in three lengths: 45cm (typically used between the BlueLink and the Avee microphone), 130cm and 180cm.
The 180cm cable fits almost all commercial and GA aircraft; all from C172,DA40,B737,A320 to A380. Typocally the left seat can take a shorter cable than the right seat, but the 180cm length is a safe choice.l
The Avee adapters
The Avee adapter is the physical interface between the Avee Interface cable with the straight USB connector, and the connectors found in your aircraft.
Please note that two Avee20 Aircraft Interface Cables are included if you purchase the Avee kit, but it is always nice to have one extra of these cables !

IndiaExcellent build quality. I use it every day. Only one weakness is the cable being too thin. I'm not sure if it will last too long of daily use. A braided reinforced cable would be much better. Other than that it's a great product.
CYI have the Avee kit for the Bose QC45. I encountered some noice during usage which made the kit unusable. The customer support advice me to buy a new cable as they had similar issue previously. That didn't solve the problem, so i've sent the kit for repair. They replaced it in no time without additional cost as it was still under warranty. Very happy with the product. I bought also the newer version of the microphone which is stiffer and staying in place without adjust it every few minutes. Again great products and outstanding support!

ITThe service is excellent, the product is really good, it has just some really small weaknesses. The new cables are really thin and weak but thanks to an impressive customer service they are replaced quickly
USI do enjoy my Avee product. Now, the cable lasted six months and then it broke. I wrote an email asking for a new cable and you sent it to me promptly. Five stars for that service. As for equipment, I find the cable very delicate. I’d make it more sturdy.

DEI needed the new cables because my old ones having bought in your shop a couple of years ago made horrible noises in my ear at the end. Now everything is perfect again.

NLThe cable provided is very fragile. I’ve one colleague with an older type cable you provided that was thicker and looking more robust. He used it without any problem for the last 3-4 years. The thin cable you supplied some 6 months ago failed within half a year. I’ve just flown with a colleague that uses the same thin cable (about 5 months old) and his was cracking already as well. My advice: go back to the older, more robust cables. Further, the orientation of the microphone (indicated by the white dot) is not fixed. After some time it slowly turns a bit and makes the voice pick up a bit weaker. For the rest I’m happy with this solution on my Bose headset.
ESI bought my Kit in 2021, I received quite fast but I experienced some problems at the plane…it pass some time until I discovered that the problem was the cable. I contracted AVEE team and they sent me another kit of cables and now everything works perfectly. Very happy with my Kit. Great product and great AVEE team!! Recommended 200%!

CAThese people are incredibly attentive to their need to back up their product. I required a fix to deteriorating quality issues and the appropriate replacement was received in a timely manner.
CAOverall the cable works well. There hasn't been any connection issues over the several days I've used it on the flight line. One thing I did notice though is that cable is different than the one that came with the microphone originally. The new cable is thinner and uses USB C connections to allow switching adapters. Due to the cable being thinner, I do have concerns about its durability when used over a longer period of time as the previous thicker cable broke after about 1.5 years of use. As of right now the new cable is not showing any issues.
DKUserfriendly and repair friendly with the USB C based connections. Small, lightweight and, according to colleagues, crystal clear sound. Best buy!
