How we give you support

We; the Avee Team is here to give you support when you need it: either if it is before you have purchased an Avee product, or after you bought it.
Many issues can be solved by browsing through our list of Frequently Asked Questions found in this document and the General FAQ found in a document under the Support tab.

If you can not find answer to your questions in the FAQs, or if you have a problem, please contact us via our Support ticket system found on ‘My Account / helpdesk‘ (or ‘Login & helpdesk’ if you have not logged in.


Our support ticketing system allows us to efficiently provide service to you by assigning a ticket (or case number) to every service- or general inquiry.

Do not send emails directly to people in the technical department (this creates a mess and results in bad support for you).

For support and help:

  • either create a ticket from the ‘Login /helpdesk’ main menu page or ‘My account’ page,
  • or send an email to help@avee.no. A ticket is then generated automatically.

We will of course always answer support questions on the phone if you are in a real rush.
