We prefer that support questions are sent us by email.
Please use our support@avee.no address – and do not send emails directly to people in the technical department (this creates a mess and results in bad support for you).
We will of course always answer to support questions on the phone if you are in a real rush.
All repeating support questions are being collected in a FAQ – this is one of the reasons why it is important to get a support issues in writing.
